% of protein fat fiber other I would only do the CGD and crickets (or other bugs like roaches). My geckos tend to get picky if I offer too many different kinds of food. When they get picky they will wait to eat for the stuff they like best ignoring the rest of the food offered. I offer crickets or roaches 2-3x’s a week and have CGD in there 6 nights a week.
The protean/fat is fine for them in the CGD higher proteans and fats are added by the crickets.
These are the really bad things in the soft gels...
cornmeal,sodium caseinate,sugar,melonflavor,locust bean,gum,brewers dried yeast,citric acid & artificial colors.
The worst things are the ones underlined. IMO you should not use it.

% of protein fat fiber other Protein for juveniles and hatchlings should be about 30%, while for non-breeding adults it should be 20%. For breeding adults, especially females, I bump it up to 25%.
The CGD has 20%, and crickets have about 13 - 20%, depending on what they are gutloaded with.
