 Heating rack system

I have 10 qt steritlite rack with 3 10qt tubs. How should I go about setting this up for raising juvenile cresties? My house gets to 65 during the winter so should I just put a small heat pad on the side of each container? I was thinking of having one crested in each tub then putting them together when they grow up.

just at night or all the time?

also only females can be housed together
and it is 20g for the first one and 10g for each aditional crestie

10q is only about 2 1/2 gallons so heating pads might over heat

but if you had heat tape with connected to a rheostat you should be able to keep it correct

The tubs are ruffly 1 cubic foot each and the uth is a zoo med mini 4 watt that I would stick on the side. How should I set this up.

What they are saying is:
1) not big enough for a crested gecko
2)if too much heat, get a dimmer/thermostat
I say you should get real caging for them, and make them taller. Tubs are short.

those tubs would be ok for babies but not adults

also usuing the zoo med uth will get very expensive b/c you would need one for each tub and you would need a rheostat to control the temp

you can get tall tubs, instead of the long tubs used for leopard geckos, and cut a square out of the front and attach screen to it with hot glue or something similar.

it would probably be cheaper to get 3" heat tape and run it on the back of the rack, connected to a rheostat or thermostat to control the temperature in the enclosures.
