 What light to use!!!!???? :p

What type of light should I use for my 18x18x18 crested gecko enclosure during the night? Also, what brand would you recommend? How many watts? I would like one that represents moonlight, but I’ll go for anything really.

(This is strictly for viewing purposes, because I don’t really need to heat my tank.)

At night you can use a night light heating bulb. The brand is moonGlow or reptizoo(Forgot the brand.) But the main clue is that the bulb will be purple, and purple light will shine on the cage. It not a good light to see the lizard but its to keep the enclosure warm if its not 68-75 degrees fareinheight in the room. Also for more tips you should have 3 bulbs in all. The tropical 25 bulb to provide light and UVA and UVB sources(very important for growth, it a white bulb, a coil bulb is what i use.) Next you should have is the basking heat bulb(also important) to keep the reptile warm. And the night bulb with 50 or 75 watts for a incandescent bulb. Pleasse specify the gallons of enclosure for more accuarate watts. (if you can.)
Please tell me if you need more info.

if you want you can use the moonglo bulbs for at night

but they do not need uvb lights and the coil/compact uvb bulbs have been causing serious damage to reptiles eye and general health

also they do not need a basking bulb in most cases, if it is too hot it will kill them
they require rooms temps and get very stressed if temps go over 80 and can even die if they stay that high for too long

please dont give out info when you are incorrect you could harm someones reptile
