What type of tank do you have? Is it a glass aquarium with a screen top? If so, those are in general terrible for maintaining humidity. Try covering most of the top with either a moist towel or some tin foil to keep the moisture in. You may have to mess around with how much you cover to get the humidity to where you want it.

A drip system or a water dish with a fogger in it will also bump up your humidity. The fogger might be a little expensive, maybe around $30-50 depending on where you find it. A drip system can be as simple as a plastic soda bottle with a couple pinholes in the bottom sitting on top of the tank. Just make sure it’s dripping into a bowl or something so your substrate doesn’t get soggy.
