no we need a picture on the underside of it by its vent to tell, and from this picture he looks fine- stress free.. if u r not sure on its care look at the care sheets posted on this site

It looks healthy the way I see it, and I think its a girl cause my Golden Gecko looks the same as yours and she is a girl.

Geckos aren’t like humans in that you can tell gender just by looking at their appearance.

We need a clear picture of the vent area to tell for sure, but most Goldies sold in petstores are male.

Well males are usually an orangish brown, anyway, the cage looks a little small

Color, also doesn’t specify gender. Yes, females are more of a darker olive/brown color, and males are a golden or so color, but STRESS and other factors contribute to color. The only sure fire way of telling a gecko’s sex is by examining the vent area.
