 How Long??

I’ve been waiting a year and I finally was able to breed my male Tremper, Jasper and my female Het RAPTOR, Mojave. I put Mojave in with Jasper 4 nights ago and they were unsuccessful. I put her in 2 nights ago and they mated!!!! How long after mating should I expect eggs? Also, do I need to put her in with him again, or is once enough?

You should put them in once or twice just to make sure and proably about 2-4week till eggs congrads I am expecting eggs anytime now

You shouldn’t have to put her in with him again, once is good enough.

Usually it’ll take the least 2 weeks to maybe a month or 4 weeks as stated above.

Thanks! Now just the waiting game. Can’t wait to see what I get. Another question. I heard that to get brighter colored trempers, you start incubating at a lower temp then spike the temp. Is this true?

If you go to Ron Trempers site ( www.leopardgecko.com ) then click the link to the left that says www.leopardgecko.com...then scroll down the links to your left until you see Effects of Temperature...or something like that....it explains it all.... ~Kc Lynn
