Help i want 2 breed them

There was a question like this on the regular leopard gecko forum if you want to check it out.

Some things you should consider:

-Takes a lot of time, money, patience and responsibility. (i put over $200 into my first breeding project and came away with about $100, if that)
-Females can become eggbound, sick, or stressed. Vet visits may be in order.
-Babies can be housed 1-4 per cage (i used 15 quart rubbermaid containers) depending on temperment. So this also takes up a lot of room
-Do you have an incubator? This is a must.
-Do you have a way to rehome/ sell all the babies? are you willing to take care of any babies that cannot be rehomed?
-There is a good chance some of the eggs or live babies might die. are you willing to deal with that loss if it happens?

if you have any other questions, i’d be happy to help

Help i want 2 breed them

heres your scenario, this is what ive come up with sinse ive wanted to breed them and i havennt yet but this is a general guide to what your going to need

-LOTS of calcium powder im buyin 3 things of calcium powder for my trio, just incase i have 30+ babies running around, thats a lot of powder

-a rack or lots and lots of tanks, im building a rack with 25 bins with heat tape(25 heat matts is really expensive)

-breed crickets or pay for them(around here they charge 2$ a dozen, so im breeding them about a month or two before season starts)

-extra money for vets just incase

-a whole lot of deli cups for hides and such

-lots and lots of bottle lids(gatorade or regular water bottle lids) for calcium powder and water

and im sure theres still stuff im missing as im still researching

now if you can afford this and offer about an hour a day for maintanance and what not then id say go for it and remember research research research, also if your young and living at home, keep your parents informed a little bit, they will either say no and tell you not to or they will be supportive, either way you want to tell them so your not in the middle of incubation then your parents find out and freak out and make you get rid of the eggs, all the hard work and money for nothing, plus you would just add a lot of un needed stress to the female
