Can my male leopard gecko still breed if he has a regenerated tail?

Yes he can still breed. A regenerated tail has nothing to do, with DNA. As long as the gecko was born with a normal tail that is. Some geckos have kinked tail which is caused by the temperature changing a lot during incubation. but even a gecko with a kinked tail can still breed.

As long as the gecko is proper weight and age. You have no problem breeding him. The babies will still hatch with normal tails.
