Sometimes eggs will get dents from sitting for too long, because the female didnt get enough calcium, or because the humidity was off. If you mix water with calcium and get it to the same temp as you incubating the egg for you can try to put a drop of it on the dents and see if they will come out.

If they dont them i wouldnt worry about it. A lot of people have dented eggs hatch no problem.
Keep them in there and watch them closely.

goodluck

You ran out of calcium months ago!?

Calcium is extremely important, especially for a breeding female who is already laying eggs. You need to get a new calcium supply ASAP. Or you’ll put your female into harms way over a few infertile eggs due to lack of calcium.

As for feeders, phoenix worms contain the most calcium. Kinda rare to find so you have to buy them online, and their more expensive then normal feeders.

If they are drying up that fast maybe your laybox isnt wet enough. What substrate are you using in the laybox?
