 Bad odor

My leo has a very bad odor. His cage stinks like poop all the time. My other leo’s cage doesn’t stink like that at all not one bit. But his cage is horrendous and it is stinking up my whole room(i just cleaned it yesterday) please tell me what is making it smell so bad

a log that i bought at petco (witch is in my other leo’s tank also), fake leafes, calcium dish, humid hide(made same as the other leo’s), water dish, and the leo.Paper towel as a subsrate

I doubt this is what it is but you could have somr "crap" on the warm side somewhere your missing thats just getting heated up to the funk point. Or you got somethin rotting.

What are using for the humid hide? I was using moss and it made my terrarium stink a little so I replaced it with paper towels.

yes i use moss for my humid hide but i also use moss for my other leo and her tanks doesn’t smell at all

Air circulation? Try a small fan like a laptop fan on top - see if that helps. One tank might just have better circ than the other.

It might b crickets. i dunno if u use them, but they stink to high heavens. each cricket poops like every 5 sec or sumthin(at least it seems that way). if it is the crix, try swichin 2 worms and c if the smell goes away.
