DIY or what I need a new top cover for my 20 gallon gecko tank. I had a custom cut glass cover for it but I guess it shattered under the heat, and the glass was pretty thick too btw.
What I need now is a new suggestion about what I could use for a cover. And I was wondering if there is anything other then the mesh stuff...

DIY or what Glass and tops like that is not good, it keeps in much too much humidity for a leo, causing a RI (respiratory infection) Mesh screens are the best way to go. (the ONLY way, that I can think of anyway...) I don’t see what you don’t like about them, it’s not like they look bad or anything?!

DIY or what I coulnt find a screen to fit my 60 gallon tank, so i made on myself. Just make a trip (if you cant find a top) to ace hardware or something like that, grab a couple pieces of wood and small chicken wire, or something like that...im not sure what its called but mine came on a big roll. Then all you need is nails! Cost me 7 bucks
