 Breeding ideas?

so im new to leopard gecko breeding, and i just got a male leopard gecko, and im not positive what morph he is but he is beautiful. the best picture i have of him now is...



if u know the morph that would be nice :) i heard he was a SHTCT... not sure though...

but anyways, i was wondering what kind of morph i should breed him with to get some pretty babies...

im goin to a reptile expo in a few months, so im sure they will have some crazy morphs... i just dont know how to mix and match them up to get cool babies!! lol

personally i think you should get a SHTCTB.I have 2 beautiful females i could show you pictures of. You should be able to find a breeder size female for a good price at a show. These animals are the result of line breeding which means taking the best looking animals and breeding them together over several generations. If you would please just do your research an make sure you have a very healthy female and male and make sure you are 110% sure on incubation your geckos should do the rest and you should have babies soon. I have 4 eggs in the incubator now and i have a pair of tangerines 100% het for albino that i am going to pick up next week so i should have some sunglows by the end of the year. I wish you luck and let me know if you have any more questions. I dont consider myself an expert because no one is ever an expert at anything but i definetly experienced. I am only 18 but when i am not at college or work i am learning as much as i can about these wonderful animals. I hope i helped you and sorry for writing so much.

I agree, you should get a SHTCTB female, and you should definately DO TONS OF RESEARCH before considering.

thanks guys! ill try and find one at the show

and i do plan on doin a bunch of research on breeding and everything, the show is in like 2 and a half months, so i have time :)

if anyone has links to a good website where i can read about breeding more that would be great... thanks!

ron tremper manages it and he has developed many types of morph, and is a key palayer in the industry
i would say he is a shtctb, but it also looks like it has a litle backwars stripe in it also i dont know if that stands for the b but i thought i would throw that out there
