String in mouth? help! 
okay, well my leo seems to have a long length [mabye 3-4 inches] of green thread in his mouth. me and my mum have tried to get it out multiple times, but we both got bitten. it goes a little way down his throat and the end that isn’t in the throat is wrapped around his teeth. would it be possible to make him regurgitate [which is pretty horrible, but it needs to come out] the string so i can pull it out.
any other ideas/solutions/advice?

i dont know of any way to make him regurgitate but a herp vet may be able to get it out

yhe man its either that or get a little more brave and hold his mouth open and get it out. but than you don’t know if its wrapped around any of his or her digestive system. you may be better off taking it to the vet. your sure it goes into the throat?? if so vet visit is needed if its just in the mouth you should be able to take care of it your self

It’s been 4 days and you still haven’t removed it?? That can’t be comfortable... A gecko bite isn’t that bad, and it is not a good excuse as to why you can’t get the string out.
