 Can Somebody Explain This To Me

last nite my leo was wondering around and out of nowhere he was just standing there and his tail started swerving side to side like several times,it was very weird,CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN THIS TO ME

Are mealworms good for leo’s?
and is peat moss good for a humid spot?

sometimes they do this when they see food(or think they do) and sometimes (especially males) do this when they are kind of showing off lol

thats the best way i can think to describe it
and mealworms are a great staple food just make sure to gut load(feed them nutritous foods) well before feeding them to your leos


and i think peat moss would be ok for a humid hide, just make sure to keep it moist so the gecko doesnt accidentally grab any if an insect goes into his humid hide(but if you feed mealworms you probably wont have a problem with that)

The tail wagging is a sign of aggression. Thats why leopard geckos will do it while huntin or to "show off" at eachother like LG said.

Mealworms or crickets are two of the best staples for leos

and peat moss would be ok for a humid hide. just be careful of mold growing underneath.
