thats the best way i can think to describe it and mealworms are a great staple food just make sure to gut load(feed them nutritous foods) well before feeding them to your leos and i think peat moss would be ok for a humid hide, just make sure to keep it moist so the gecko doesnt accidentally grab any if an insect goes into his humid hide(but if you feed mealworms you probably wont have a problem with that) |

Mealworms or crickets are two of the best staples for leos and peat moss would be ok for a humid hide. just be careful of mold growing underneath. |
