It could be a number of reasons. Perhaps the temp isn’t actually as high as it needs to be, (it should be at least 80F, even 85F if you can swing it), there could be too few plants for her to hide behind thus she’s always stressed because she has nowhere to hide, it could be that she does indeed have parasites, or it could even be that if you leave crickets in her cage they stress her by chirping or biting her. There are other possibilities I would imagine, but these seem the most likely to me. The humidity shouldn’t be what’s causing this, it might be too low, but I don’t see that being the culprit. I would say, if for no other reason than as a precaution, have a fecal exam done. It is cheap, and may tell you what’s wrong and what you might be up against. If this turns out to be the problem, parasites are very easy to fix. Good luck, and keep us posted. Regards, Evan |
