 Chewy’s new setup

well I never got the big exoterra I wanted. Ordered it 4 months ago from the store and they never got it so I got a refund and traded my tokay & crested gecko cages and they are both a lot happier. This tank is an 18X18X24 as you can see i’ve got a big boy. One day soon I’m going to build him a nice big cage !
here’s Chewy’s new set up.... please don’t tell me he needs more plants as he prefers to be out in the open & watching TV !



I know he isn’t stressed he ate 30 mins after I put him in there

Nice setup. You have a very healthy looking boy too. I just put my girl into a bigger exo terra and she loves it. She never hangs out under her plants, but I got the whole "she needs more plants" lecture too. She’s either hanging out in the back or plastered to the door. She was at Petco for about a year and they had one plant in her cage, so I guess she just got used to being out in the open.

She gets 10-12 crix every night, so I don’t see how that’s possible. What do you feed your guy? My girl won’t eat worms.

Oh I meant my guy, that’s how he tells me he’s hungry. Chewy eats mealworms, supers, crickets, silkworms and waxworms. Mostly crickets though and when I run out of crickets he’ll eat supers till I get more. I only feed Chewy once every 3 or 4 days
