Cup feeding.????? 
I was wondering if I should trow worms into a cup or if i shouuld just let them free roam like with crickets or do the same with the cricks.??????

I’d put the worms in a shallow bowl/ dish otherwise they will get into the dirt and the geckos will never get to them... mine eat the worms out of a bowl..

I do the same thing as Papa Brickhouse for feeding them super worms and a couple of other things. Half of mine seem to prefer picking them off of the screen on top of my enclosure but the other half would rather get them out of the bowl...It might be "peck-order" thing or maybe it is just their personal preference or a little of both? Make sure the bowl is kind of shallow with very steep and slick sides to prevent them from crawling out. It also helps to have a transparent bowl so they can easily see them moving around but not necessary as long as it is shallow.
