 Hmmm a few questions

ok i looove tokays b/c they are sooo beautiful

i was thinking about getting at least one

i know they can be aggressive but i was wondering for those of you who have "tame" ones how did you do it did you just start out handling when they were young?
or did you just get lucky lol (i can always wear gloves i guess lol)
also can the tame ones actually be held like a leo can be or are they just "tame" in the sence that they dont bite
i dont mind so much that they cannot be handled but i dont personally like getting bitten lol

also what is there usual cost i went to a reptile show about a month ago but didnt really pay attention to price so i am not sure how much money to bring to the next show(if i do get one of course)

i have a 65g reptarium but have tested temp and humidity if i cover 3 sides and it stays really good

thanks

 Hmmm a few questions

Only get one...they are very territorial
ALOT of time to get them tame (and alot of bites ouch)
just dont bite as much
between $5-$20
That is plenty of room but be sure to keep up temps and humidity...otherwise goodluck

 Hmmm a few questions

I would get a young captive bred one, don’t use gloves because they scare them and could cause them to bite more. Take the pain....It will be worth it in the end

 Hmmm a few questions

ok what is the minimum size anclosure for one?

i keep hearing 20g but i wanted to make sure that would be big enough.

i have the 65g but am thinking of getting a beardie and would have to house him in that and humidity would be easier in a tank

i tries the reptarium today and for some reason i can keep it at about 105 degrees(for a beardie) but cannot for the life of me get the humidity up past 50% with the temp being 80 degrees(i switched bulbs)

so i would have to buy a tank so let me know thanks
