Q`s about going to show
i wonering a few things 1. should i ask to hold it? i am wondering b/c it would be easier to tell if it was healthy etc. but i dont know if they will be so fast that they will get away i have a crested gecko and for the most part he is pretty slow what is holding like especially in babies i know they can bite but that is not my concern i manly want to be able to check him all over for health and everything are tere any questions i should ask the breeder? here is what i am going to ask is it captive bred? is it eating well? that is all i can think of for now i but i know i had a few more questions lol any more advise as to what i should look for etc is very appreciated thanks |

2 ask if he’s wild caught or captive bred (try for CB) 3 look for mouth rot when it opens its mouth (it will open it) 4 look if its dehydrated and skinny of fat and healthy |

i dont mind the being bit part i will get over that lol i get bit all the time by various animals(i work at a petstore) so that isnt really the problem but i didnt want him to get away or anyhting ill make sure to check for mouthrot i am hoping it will be semi tame when i get it (like maybe they breeder handles them alot) so i wont have to worry about the running away part i want to get him out to look at but i am afraid he will get away since i dont know how crazy they are about getting away from people. i have never held one before or anything so i dont know how they are i will just have to be carfull i guess lol thanks |
