HELP!!!! 
Tokay has been lost for 3+ hours. we have no clue where he is and we need help. I have put the heating lamp in a corner and plants with water sprayed on them. we have looked everywhere please help!!!!!!

my friend lost his 2 tokays in his house for over a month. he finally found them from listening to mating calls and they were behind the curtains. Try putting a jar with crickets in the middle of a room that might draw them to it.

If you want to catch your tokey look for them in the middle of the night!!!! Thats what I had to do with my female!!! She would run into this impossible size hole in my bathroom cabinet. so a week I waited and then I caught her.. But to catch gecko best time and place would be the darkest and the most quietest time.. Even if when you have been gone for a few hours thats also a good time as well.. Night as well... They will come out in the open for you to catch them.,, So when you enter a room keep the lights off and use a flashlight and a large fish net.. Also when in the process of catching them aim for the snout first!!! thats a must.. so that way they run right into the net.. but before you catch it move slowly, they react to quick movement and get startled easily.
I had one gecko who crawled into my vent man that was something else! haha, I had to unscrew the vent but before unscrewing it I cleared the room make sure it was nothing but total silence! quietly unscrewed the vent and got the fish net and went streight for the gecko’s snout.. Gotta think like a lizard but be more cleaver! Good luck catching yours!
