The cage is fairly dirty with cricket carcasses and waht not. It has an under the tank heater on it. my question is I have repti bark and I have bed a bees here. Can i put the gecko on repti bark?

 Quick question

yes you can. the kitty litter type stuff i would say is bad because it won’t hold humidity, so anything that holds some humidity would be good. i keep mine just on peat moss with a little bit of beaked moss for some extra humidity holding.

 Quick question

as long as you keep it clean it won’t smell. i would be afraid they’d swallow the kitty litter, i don’t really know what it’s made of, could be toxic
