 Nice tokay? i have one!

his name is luigi and hes so nice now but before he could have been satins best friend it took three people to get him out of his cage and he ripped up the net that they used to get him out, but now if you hold him he just licks you!! my leopard gecko is in the same cage they love each other and they sleep on each other every night or at least next to each other there like best friends and they never ever fight!! they just love each other!!

omg please seperate them

if one lays on the other one it is NOT b/c they like each other it is a sighn of dominance

plus it is obvious you did no research b/c leopard geckos and tokay geckos live in totally different enviroments

leopard geckos need it very dry (humidity at the most 30%)

tokays need it very humid (around 70%) wich will give your leopard gecko a respiritory infection

it is never a good i dea to mix species especially with the tokays reputation

if you care abouth the wellbeing of your pets you will go to the store today and buy a complete setup for the other one


what are your temps humidity what size enclosure do you have?


do you have pictures you could post of them and their enclosure?

your tokay probably isnt aggressive anymore b/c it is about to die

i m sorry if i sound rude but you are killing your pets you should have done more research

if the conditions are correct for one they are totally incorrect for the other one

lovetheleo said it all. you need to separate them immediately!!! if you can’t afford another tank setup you need to take the tokay back. they should not be housed together and next time do your research well before you are planning on getting another gecko.
