Is this a female? 
My tokay is nearly 2 years old. I got him/her at 4 months old from a breeder who told me that FOR SURE she is a SHE. Knowing it is hard to sex tokays, i think that is was next to impossible for the breeder to really know the sex he was giving me at only 4 months of age. I’m pretty sure this gecko is a female, but i’d like your opinions.... Thanks!

It could be, looks like my male except he has little dots in his V row of pores. Maybe that is how you tell them apart. I am better at sexing leopard geckos beardies. I only have 1 tokay so nothing to compare it to.

Your gecko is a female for sure. The males have holes that secrete wax in their row of pores. They also have slight bulging on the sides of the tail base where the hemipenes are.
