i am getting back into owning reptiles and have always loved tokays and have always wanted one or 2 but i have heard they are all very mean

no, they tame just like any other reptile, they are just harder to tame because they are geckos that can bite really hard

mine is tame.

Mine will come right up and eat out of my hand and I can mess around in his tank without incident but he HATES to be touched, he will bite me if I try to touch him.

I have heard of some peoples tokays attacking them when they try to change the water or do anything in their tanks. There are a few members here who have tame tokays. Papabrickhouse always has awesome pictures of her tokay family, they all seem super tame.
