Currently I have reptile carpet on the bottom of my cage it’s just easier to clean in the end but some people suggest coconut fiber for the humidity it will hold. As for what they eat mine will only eat crickets they’re totally uninterested in any type of worm I’m thinking it’s mostly a simulation thing and they like the hunt so I would say go with crickets but it doesn’t hurt to try mealies. And I have a 100 watt house bulb and it keeps their temps 85ish and they’ve been fine with it most say anywhere from 85-90 is a good temp to keep them at but I also keep my reptile room warm so it might affect how warm it will be for you so you might need a higher watt bulb.
