You need to leave it alone for a while and let get used to you.do some research on the computor about what eats and order online or you can always just go to a pet sore and ask them for gecko food or you can find someone at the pet store who has exp. with a gecko!

Or! You could let the poor little guy go! (^_^)
He obviously is having a hard time adjusting and is stressed out. Just take him to a nice place and let him go.

Never let a gecko go, even in a "nice place"! There natural environments/climates are not like ours and it will most likely not make it. Besides any WC gecko (most house geckos are WC) is so stressed that it need to be given time to adjust. If you feel its not doing well take him to a vet and get help or even back to the place you got him from ask questions about there care and try and make it feel more at home. But the best bet is letting it get acclimated to its new home. Don’t bug it and don’t try and hold it. House geckos are look at pets not holding pets. They always stress and run away from people anyways.

Good Luck!

I have to agree with MissSky. Let him back into the wild. to the above poster, the OP’s profile says he/she is from Mississippi, so it was most likely a wild geck that he caught, and it would be fine to go back into the wild.
