Toki... 
I don’t know how many of you saw my posts a long time ago...about Toki literally being a little bent out of shape...well she’s been growing since and getting sort of lumpy...I’ve been trying to get my dad to take her to the vet. Usually he’s fine with it, but since she was eating and behaving normally he said we probably didn’t need to and he was right that they probably couldn’t do anything to help her anyway being that she’s so small...
Tonight I saw her crickets running around 30 mins after I fed her...which is weird...well I found Toki under her paper towel, dead. She’s only 9 months old. I don’t know what’s going wrong with my animals lately but it’s getting harder and harder to cope with these things. My rabbit had to be put to sleep, then Peaches stopped eating, now she’s eating but Monty has a swollen face, and I find my little girl dead.

i know how you feel.. ive lost quite a few in the past few months and over winter too.. a few months ago i lost glitch my only viper baby i hatched out and she was going on 18 months or so.. i just lost lucifer my first satanic leaf tail a couple weeks ago that ive had for 3 years... it sucks cuz it feels like you loose everyone all at once.... i remember back in 05 or 06 before alot of the good users left i remember seeing alot of posts on the leo and other forums about users loosing animals...
sorry to hear you lost a young one and about your other animals.. just know that even though it sucks loosing animals or other precious things around the same time it will get better. so mourn your losses as you need but keep your chin up and know it will get better.. though the losses will never get easier to take... or at least they dont for me.

Yeah. I knew she wouldn’t live a full life because of the way she was born...but at 9 months old. I just wasn’t prepared at all. It’s crazy how so much love can be given to such a tiny body. She was special. And you were absolutely right when you said it feels like you lose everyone all at once...it’s tough. I’m sorry about you viper, and Lucifer. I think Lucifer was the first picture I saw posted on this site when I joined. I was stunned. She made me want to go to Madagascar. Today things sort of turned around. I lost Toki, but all of my animals have been given a clean bill of health. My two leos that have been having problems will be ok, although their injuries and sicknesses are mysteries...but at least they’re better. And soon I’m opening my home to at least one of my boyfriend’s reptiles. He’s struggling to take care of them right now. Thank you guys.
