 Pre-anal pore help

So I’m a fairly new leo owner and am not thoroughly knowledged in my little guy’s anatomy. I’ve learned, after much curiousity, that the v-shaped dots between his legs are called "pre-anal pores" and that it’s normal for them to secrete a waxy substance. My first question is, what is this waxy substance?
It also appears that some of this waxy build-up is stuck, thus completely clogging the pores. Should I help clear them by gently pulling the build-up out of these pores or just leave it alone? Will they clear on their own?

i dont exactally know what it is but just leave it. theres no need to worry about cleaning it out

They can clean it on their own. If it becomes inflamed, then you might want to do something about it. But never pull something out like that unless a vet gives you the ok to.
