If the eggs hatch, then yes. Adult lizards of any species are always going to hunt things smaller than they are, and hatchlings are no exception; ie, the adults will eat the hatchlings. If the gecko laid the eggs on the glass, you can put up a ventilated cup over the eggs to protect them from the adults.
