If I were to breed another kind of gecko what should it be?

I am thinking about breeding crested or knob-tail geckos. I might get a bunch of middle quality for like $100-200. I will probably do thing next year. What other kind of gecko is low costing and breeds well. Gargoyles looked interesting but they seem to cost a lot. Let me know. This will probably happen once I get a reputation as a good breeder and get my morphs good in leopard geckos. I am currently working on a Raptor project, a regular tangerine albino, a Giant, Tremper albino (already done pretty much), and a Enigma (my newest) project. I would just like suggestions. I might also look into Beardie or Red-footed tortoises.

cresties are easy to breed but their genetics arent straight forward like leos..

knob tails i dont know much about but in the most recent reptiles magazine i have(dont know the month off hand) it has tips for breeding knob tails...

gargoyles are like crestids as they are the same family. though they are a bit more expensive being babies start at about $75 depending on patterning

beardies your looking at ALOT of babies and alot of money spent feeding and keeping those babies.. beardies can have up to 24 or so eggs in a clutch and have up to 7 clutches.. sometimes more.. most of witch are fertile if it was a sucessful breeding.. my stunted female(whom i took in as a rescue) had clutches of about 16 eggs.. luckily they werent fertile for whatever reason..

dont know much about the tortoises

crested geckos are cool, i haven’t bred them yet but i plan to in the next year or 2. their patterns do not have much to do with the parents though, you can breed together 2 normals and get a mix of different patterns and colors. they aren’t really cheep either if that’s what you want. my really nice, high quality one that i plan to breed, cost me 150$ (that’s the price just for the gecko, not including shipping and vet visits ect.) they are a lot of fun though!

i dont know much about the other mentioned species so i cant say much there.
