 Need helping sexing standing’s day geckos

I bought two baby standing’s day geckos at an expo in September. It’s really hard to get pictures of them at good angles, so I’m not sure if these will do. I’m not sure what sex they are. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!



this one will be slightly harder i think




and this is a few days after I bought them :)

Based on those pictures, I don’t think I can take a reasonable guess on their sexes just yet. They are likely old enough at this point to determine their sexes, if you can get some new pictures. I keep 2.3 Phelsuma standingi.

I hope you are keeping them separately. They are a very fun and beautiful species.

Keeping them separately? No, I didn’t know that. I bought them at an expo back in september of 09 as hatchlings and the guy said they had always lived together but to keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t fight. They have never fought to my knowledge. Both look exactly the same though. I’ll have to get new pictures

They get 7-9 Inches when full grown.
They cost about 70-80 each.
