What kind of House Gecko?? 
I have had this little guy for 15 years and didn’t know there is more than one kind of "house gecko". Can anyone tell me what kind of gecko he (or she?) is?

I dunno what kind it is but it looks exactly like my 2. They get along great with green anoles and green tree frogs. I even had mine with a whites tree frog without problems though i do not recommend the practice because my whites is very tame he knows what is and what isnt food and he knows that food comes from the bamboo feeding tongs. Anyway.... look at a petco care sheet or something im sure it has the scientific name there. Good luck!

...and I don’t know how old it was when I got it! The anoles I got at the same time lived for nearly 6 years! The gecko escaped about ten years ago and lived for two years free-roaming in our mid-west home. One day I saw a little foot behind a large book case and proceeded to disassemble the entire contents to catch the little bugger! He has been very happy these many years... I wonder how long house geckos live.
