How long are yours generally in it?
I do live in florida, but I think Ember’s has already come out of it.
Instead of eating a max of 4 this week, he ate 7 one night, 2 nights later he ate 6, and then he shed the next day..which was yesterday.
His tail has considerably grown for just one week’s time..

Anyway, it made me happy because I like to see him eat a lot :]

Just felt like posting something just to post it.
How are everyone else’s gecko loves?

So my Yobie has been kinda weird lately. He used to only eat like 2 or 3 crickets max every other day...then he went for like a week without eating, then he went back on that schedule again and now today I fed him and he ate almost 6 crickets!!! I’m really happy about this, I’m hoping maybe he’s going to shed soon because he hasn’t at all yet and I’ve had him for about a month. Also he’s learning new things. When I got up to go to work at 6 this morning I found that he had climbed on top of his one hide that looks like a house and was just chilling on the roof. After I turned the light on her got down and went back inside, but when I got home from work at 9 this morning he was up there again just chilling. He’s so cute and that’s the most activity I’ve ever seen the little bugger do pretty much ever. Maybe cause he’s getting older (he was pretty much a baby when I got him). I’m excited though, I feel like a proud mama!!! :D

lol.. mine have been out for a bit.. boomer still isnt eating a lot.. but he never does.. but hes a nice big boy.. so no worries. chubbs is eating about five every other day and rattie and mattie are eating about 7-8 each every other day.

Mine will usually be out in his tank until he sees me or my cat (who tortures him =) and he’ll go back in his tank.
He’ll just hide when I come in the room, unless he’s eating.

ember’s tail lost some fat during the winter season, but now i can see it gaining it’s fat back.
I think he shed his whole body this week just for his tail getting fatter..but i also think his tail got longer. ^^ i like to see him still growing.

i hope i can start feeding him about 6-7 every night though...i want him to have one of those unproportionally massive tails. haha. i’ve seen some on the leo forum, it looks like their lizards get steroids or something XD
