 Impaction Help

Hello all,

I need some assistance. I have a fat tail that I purchased from a reptile show about a month and a half ago. I don’t know her age, but I believe her to be a juvenile, not a baby but not an adult yet either. For the last week or so she has been acting different, just did not seem to want to eat. This morning when I went to check on her she has pooped a very large amount of moss. I had to pull a few strings out,but she passed most of it on her own. We have a tub with some moss in it that is kept moist for them to lay in and help shedding. I believe she ingested the moss when she shed about two weeks ago. The moss bucket is now gone, and has been replaced with the expandable substrate from the pet store (sorry forgot the name). What do I need to do for my little ginger snap to help her through this?

She has a basking spot on a raised platform in the middle of the cage, it is heated with a bulb and kept at around 90F. There is a hide rock under the basking light, so she can lay on top or under it. The rest of the tank is kept in the range of 80-85F, and the temp drops to around 70F at night. The heat bulb is turned on for a 12hr time frame. A bowl of fresh water is always available. There used to be a moist moss container. Now the bottom part of the cage has the expandable substrate with a hide box on it. Her cage is in the reptile room, with the snakes and the chameleon so the humidity is kept at a range of 50-70 at all times.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance.

That would be eco earth.
Have the SURFACE basking temp at about 100 degrees F. That will help her pass it.
Raise her humidity to the proper percentage all around the cage(you shouldnt need a humid hide).
If its bad, then put a little drop of olive oil on her mouth(i’ve heard that works but have never tried it)
The best thing to do would be to take her to a vet.
