 How much do i feed

i just got 3 long tails today and know how often and what size to feed but dont know how many food items each

Just put about 20 small crickets into the cage, and something for them to eat, and let nature take its course. One must account for the crickets that will remain hidden, the ones the lizards will not find. So long as the crickets have food in the cage, you should be fine, and your lizards will have a constant supply of food. Good luck!
