 Grass Lizard with one back leg swollen

We got 3 grass lizards yesterday from Petco and I noticed one of them has a back leg that is quite swollen. It looks as if there may be a tear in it but I can’t be sure.

Any ideas as to what may be wrong? Just an injury, or parasites?

Im not definite but she might be having babies but if it is a boy you should get him checked up.
