Brazilian Rainbow Boa having skin issues

I just recently noticed this, I’m unsure of what may be causing it. The temp is usually around 79/80 the humidity is about the same. Im using newspaper as bedding... she has two water dishes one on the warm side the other on the cool.. and has a hiding cave. A few weeks ago, I fed her a live mouse, cause she wasnt eating dead ones, and hadnt eaten for a while. Anyways she ate the mouse, but it bit the top of her head first. Its healing fine, I put some neosporin on it. =/ Anyone have any suggestions?

Looks like more bite marks maybe, get it to a vet, and try to avoid feeding live. It’s not a very good photo could also be problems wth water blisters though these snakes like high humidity they do have issues if they are constantly sitting in/on water I find a humid hide and keeping the rest of the enclosure a bit less humid helps alot with my colombian rainbow boa. I never did get the whole watch the snake eat live thing. Sure it stops the animal from not eating and getting chewed up but doesn’t stop a bite that occurs right at or after a strike. Try to get it on prekilled and f/t again.
