 Puncher wounds on my corn

my snake corky got 8 puncher wounds (from a rat) one on his head and 7 going down his body some are deap but not the one on his head. i need to know what the best treatment is for him since the neerest vet is 3 to 4 hours away. his eyes are starting to fog up the wounds arent rushing blood but i can see dried blud in them.

Sounds bad enough that it’s worth the 3 or 4 hour trip. Right now, go to the bathroom and put something on the body wounds. I like Neosporin becaue it’s gooey and doesn’t just run off. If you have any kind of ointment like that, use it. But if all you have is alcohol or iodine or something, use that. Don’t leave him waiting around while you shop for something better. I don’t have any idea what to put on his head because I don’t know of anything that’s safe near the eyes. At the very least call the vet on the phone and ask for some advice about that. I’ve dealt with bites before, but not serious multiple ones and never on the head.
