Start by running an internet search for vets. Simply googling the words "reptile," "vet," amd whatever main city you live in or near will give you a list of numbers to call. They’ll probably all want you to make an appointment, and you should not argue with them. In the wild, snakes live until something, pretty much anything, goes wrong with their health, and then they die of it. In captivity, that’s not necessary.
Snake vets are pretty cheap. I just paid $27.50 today for a checkup, a stool analysis, and two different kinds of deworming medicine. My guess is you’ll pay about the same, the vet will identify what caused the blisters in the first place and tell you how not to have them pop up again, and you’ll get some ointment and/ or an antibiotic injection. Sucks that your snake’s having a rough time right now, but skin problems are one of the easiest things for a vet to deal with. Let them do their job before the infection becomes a deeper problem. Blisters are bad enough.

Yep, got to take that snake to a vet. I had the same thing happen with my Ball after switching to Aspen bedding. There are lots of people online who might tell you that you are keeping the enclosure too wet, but actually this kind of thing usually happens when it is too dry. Newspaper is the #1 best bedding despite what the petstores might tell you.

Blistering can look much worse than it is. The doc can give you a cream that should clear it up in less than a week.
