 Help! Help!! infection on my baby!!!!!!!!!!!

ive had my barred tiger for almost 3yrs now with absolutely no problems, until now!!!
my other tiger seems just fine!!!!

look! bacterial, fungal?? hes also not using his back legs
i noticed it has some black rings going along the tail and some slight reddish underneath!!!!
please respond ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i put him in some shallow water, and i put some bacterial/fungus illiminator in it
(Dr. turtle).


n e advice??????? should i put my other tiger in just in case????
please help theyre my babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If amphibians are too moist they can develop skin problems, Not sure what else to do except to take it to the vet.
