 20 gallon?!?!? (good news and questions)

Well rufus and hercules got another upgrade!
They’re now living in a 20 gallon. There tank is so nice. Pictures take for ever to download on this dam computer but i will be posting soon. for now I’ll try and describe it for you.
There is a coconut hut and a frsh and slat water dish. sticks, plants and this viney stuff along with this kniited climbing wall or something. And a hemp rope. ( witch is a sorta thick rope hemped together. thats good for climbing)
They seem to be active and fun!

But ( yes i know i hate those buts :S) The tank looks so empty. It is fun for them and all, but I’m thinking stuff like how boring it would be if i had to live in there.
Hermits here are $20 each, shipping for a hermit is pricey, and I can t find any unwanted ones. But the tank looks sao dead with only two med hermits.
How many other hermits can i fit in there? Where should i look for cheap hermits.
Also rufus changde shells about a month ago into a nice well fitting shell and then randomly changed into a shell that looks far to big for him. IT looks as if his aboment comes half way out if he wants to walk around. When he hinds all the way in his shell it s really deap in. The shell was suppose to be hercules but somehow rufus seemed to have falling in "love " with it.
I ll post pictures soon plaese feel free to post pictures of your tanks and hermits.

If you get smalls you can have 6 or 7. With mediums you can have 4. Try here, I don’t know shipping charges but, it is the cheapest place I could find. Link

Yay, but, you can get the shipping for them to stay around that price so if you order them together you could get rid of a few dollars. I think. You might have to do the math

I think you can fit about 7 smalls or 2 more mediums in there. It shouldn’t matter as long as you don’t go to far over those numbers or they aren’t many fights or molting problems. Also if you provide a good chose of shells it really shouldn’t matter if you think the shell is to big or uncomfortable, only the hermit crab really knows, and if he likes it then let him be.

Well, it is 3 gallons for every medium and 2 gallons for every small. It is alright to overcrowd a litttle but not to much.

I live on pei canada, they re $20 dollars here but there only $9 in newbrunswick, but it s a long drive there it costs $40 bucks just to get over the bridges( it the large it s the largest in theworld over water that freezes)
