Wow, everybody’s still clueless, huh?
If they weren’t mildly venomous, I’d say just take it and prove that biting you is pointless, but you really don’t want to get chewed by a hognose. Is it still happening?

Have you tried giving him something? Like one hand with a heavy work glove, and one that you can feel what you’re doing with, and any time he strikes use the shield hand to block with? After a few mouthfuls of leather, his bluff instinct may pull itself together.
How’s his overall health? Eating okay and everything? I mean, he might just be a cranky snake, but far too often "unusually aggressive" turns out later to have meant "having very painful medical issues."

When he actually bit you, was he hissing or just grabbing at you? If the latter, it’s a feeding response. If that’s the case you can retrain him by developing a specific feeding protocol, such as always putting the food in a dish in the same spot. And give him all the mice at the same time, so he doesn’t strongly associate hands going in and out with "Yay, more for me to chew on!" If he’s had some feeding confusion PLUS is showing aggressive displays, the aggressive displays are probably still just bluff. Unless he was hissing loudly when you felt the teeth. In that case... maybe buy a book on normal hognose behavior and read it to him?
