Are you prepared for their care? Can you provide large quantities of ants?

I’ve never seen anybody selling one for under $30. But then again I don’t often look. I would have to say that if you are that concerned about getting out so cheaply, then honestly I wouldn’t consider you to be a potentially good keeper for the animal. I honestly wouldn’t help you.
What type of "animal mill" person would you be supporting financially by buying so cheap, and what else would you sacrifice on in the way of buying what it needs? Heck, the type of light this animal needs will cost more than that! And I really doubt any school would require your little sister to have a "horned lizard’ for a school project....because in most states and with most horned lizards, you need a permit or it’s illegal.
Is your sister in a college biology course or something? That’s the only school setting I could see as a legit reason for having a horned lizard to study. Even then....university professors have a tendency of recommending their students to someone to buy from. So I think this whole story is fishy.

Yeah, based upon everybody else falling on top of each other to answer your question, I’d have to ask you: who is "no1"? Is that your other internet handle?
