 "Lesson to all"

This is a quote from someone else I was trying to help with a Horned Lizard, they got without proper knowledge....

================================================================
"Sadly he has past away. Buy the time I was certain enough that it was dehydration and sure force feeding him would do more good than harm, it was too late."
"My girlfriend’s sister bought this lizard on an impulse buy not knowing anything about lizards she left it with me. Let this be a lesson to all. If you don’t know about an animal don’t bring it home."
================================================================

This is the fate of more than 90% of Horned Lizards captured and/or sold to the general public. The inexperienced or insufficiently knowledgeable keeper does not have time to correct problems before it turns fatal, and this usually happens in the first few weeks to 2 months of aquiring the lizard. Do not impulse buy a HL...it’s specific husbandry needs are not too forgiving if you fail to catch something.

 "Lesson to all"

Classic example of someone being lazy and wanting others to do the work for them...look it up. I had to when I started. If you had read the forum at all you would have found "care sheets" that were posted...not only here...but in the section marked "care sheets".
