If you don’t know about an animal don’t bring it home." ================================================================ This is the fate of more than 90% of Horned Lizards captured and/or sold to the general public. The inexperienced or insufficiently knowledgeable keeper does not have time to correct problems before it turns fatal, and this usually happens in the first few weeks to 2 months of aquiring the lizard. Do not impulse buy a HL...it’s specific husbandry needs are not too forgiving if you fail to catch something. |
