 Is this right for me?

The other day i was at the pet store and their were 2 HL. i have a 40 gallon tank with more supplies
  • A flat piece of bark, 2 bags of Excavator clay stuff,more sand,heat,and bowls.am i on the right track? please reply

    I’d probably toss the bark. Too much chance of retianing humidity and attracting parasites. Go with the hard drfit wood if any, and some flat basking rocks. My care sheet goes into all this if you scroll down, or visit the group listed on my profile for a downloadable version with illustrations.
