 Hibernation

the weather here is unusually warm. i cant get my hls to hibernate. they won’t dig under, they are hungrey and the ants are underground.......HELP

FYI:
Normally I answer all of these questions, but I have been busy with reptile rescue and getting animals into hibernation and I didn’t have time to type an in depth answer. So, I directed this person to where they could download my husbandry manual to read for themselves.
