Question about lights? 
i have a nother frined who leaves his lights on 24/7 he is a menber of reptic zone and i will not say any names i just want you to tell him whan it is good to turn off his lights. and why he see purple bags under his iggys eyes.thank you very munch

I don’t see a problem with keeping them on all the time. It helps them get the heat and UVB they need.

Iguanas have a light sensing organ at the tops of thier heads, without a proper light/dark cycle it can effect thire health and mental wellbeing (much the same as keeping a person up with no sleep for many days on end) if he wants heat at night use a ceramic heat bulb that does not emit light.
