Good news 
my iggy speedy is going throw a nothe grouth spurt he never has a skinny belly he is fat all the time.and it feels like wax under his hind legs? and they are like poking out And i was wondring what that is?

speedy must be a boy then. the waxy substance is only produced by males, and it comes out of their femoral pores, which are the little holes you see "poking out" under the legs. the wax is kind of a marker that igs use to mark territory, i think.
