 Wow that was a waste
| omg. i just got home from bringing ace to the vet. i can not beilive i wasted my time and spent $43 for an idiot to tell me to feed him bugs and lettus. he looked at ace 4 about 10 seconds, gave him back to me and said so what are u feeding him. i told him dandilions, sweet potato, alfalfa, green beans, ect. and he goes, no u need to b feeding him lettus and bugs. i was like WOW. that was a waste he didnt even do a stool sample. |

| That is a waste. I would of questioned his knowledge of reptiles. Unfortunately there still isn’t a whole lot of vets with reptile knowledge or are even willing to take time to learn about them. PE |

| i told him that he needs to either do some research or not treat iguanas at all. and of coarse my dad yelled at me but id rather b yelled at then have that man telling people how to treat iguanas. |

| You can write a letter to the state veterinarian’s office to file a complaint against this vet so he will be censured and advised not to treat iguanas. Go to www.state.**.us (put in the 2 letter abbreviation for your state in place of the **) to look up contact information. |

That is horrible!   akkkk! That is the worst when you know more than the vet and they aren’t even open-minded enough to listen. Definitely steer clear of that vet. Are there any others in your area that may be better. Did you check www.herpvetconnection.com or ARAV These would be places to start. If you cannot find anything at these sites, you may have to call around. |
