You said he’s only 3 years? My sister has green iguana that’s 6 years and he’s only a little over 2-2 1/2ft. Should I be worried?

Tenten: You should be EXTREMELY WORRIED. Your iguana has stunted growth or some defect, probably caused by poor husbandry. That’s really really bad.

What do you mean by bad husbandry? So far I’ve never done anything that anyone has condemned or said was "Bad Husbandry".He just stopped growing. Is it still possible for him to still grow?

ReptiGal94: This is not a personal attack, and If you want help I’m more than willing. However, if you want reassurance that you’re doing everything correctly you’re not going to get that kind of support from me. There is something wrong with your iguana. If you had done some basic research, you would have already known what the average growth rate for an iguana. Since you don’t know something as fundamental as growth rates, I find it hard to believe that you have everything else figured out to a T.

Please post pics of your setup and iguana with detailed descriptions on another thread so we can stop hijacking this one.

-Chris
